职责范围
Assist Marketing Dept. in company image promotion and other marketing activities, including but not limited at:
Support Marketing Dept.on various marketing related projects.
Assist Marketing survey and data analysis.
Support advertising and promotional projects (i.e. Catalogue and brochure design, check and distribution).
Assist the update of company website & media release, customer database.
Assist in regular communication with regional offices and key customers & etc.
Other tasks appointed by Marketing Manager.

Request of qualification:
素质要求：
University students majored in advertizing/design/architecture/ engineering/ marketing are highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and preferably proficient in written & oral English and Mandarin.

物流兼采购经理
Scope of responsibility/职责范围：
　　1. 根据销售预测和已有订单，结合公司安全库存及历史数据, 负责制定生产及国内外采购计划。
　　2. 负责监控、制定、执行、完善从物料的采购，生产计划，库存管理，库房管理，运输管理到进出口工作的物流流程，调整和控制货物流周期及相关的信息系统，保障货物流系统高效、合理的运转；及时将货物送达客户。
　　3. 对库房进行管理, 保证存贮物料质量、盘点准确性、帐物卡货位符合性、维持低的呆料率及较高的库存周转率。组织定期存货盘点。
　　4. 在仓库系统实施健康与安全规程。
　　5. 关注并了解关于中华人民共和国、欧洲及其他有业务来往的地区的海关政策的变动。完善进出口货物相关手续。
　　6.协助质量经理对供应商及时交货率、服务、响应时间等方面进行评估。
　　7.在确保采购质量的前提下不断降低采购成本。
　　8.协助订单部处理呆滞存货，负责保管和处置废料。

Job Description Global Engineer / Global R&D Manager
Objectives and Scope of the Job
Tasks/Activities
Global Engineering Projects
· Project Management
· Writing technical specifications
· Communicate with the technical department of suppliers
· Product verification and validation to conformity to technical specification (product development)
· Work as a member of the global engineering team
· Participate and contribute to global product strategies
· Handle support requests from local (world-wide) engineering
· Work with global and local Sourcing and ensure their early involvement in supplier collaborations
Local Engineering Projects in China (without global scope)
· Support the local organization in projects
· Support product development of local products
Responsibilities
· Ensuring compliance to global processes for engineering
· Coordination and relation with global engineering team
· Project responsibility (milestones, budget, specification)
· Accountable for escalation process in case of technical problems with products or systems and in case of miss of project targets (milestones, budget, specification)
· Obey Datwyler code of conduct and policies and processes with high integrity

Competences
· Participates in global decision making for the product strategy and roadmap

Qualification
· Technical Diploma (BS or MS in mechanical engineering)
· Five years experience in R&D projects, experience in project management
· English (Fluent in orally and in writing), German nice to have.
· Special Knowledge/Skills:
Basic experience with products for communication,
infrastructure and electrical building infrastructure
Experience in working within an international business environment
Know how on working with CAE for sheet metals and plastic moulds
